  • Do you sell or give out any of my personal information?

    Absolutely not! Our privacy statement clearly states that your personal information will not be released to anyone else for any reason short of a court order.

  • How do I avoid a "Your session has expired because of inactivity" message when I go Back in my browser?

    Some browsers incorrectly cause this message when you use the "Back" button to navigate. You can avoid this by always using MyMedClaims navigation buttons.

  • If I cancel service do I still get my referral fees?

    Yes! If for any reason, you choose not to renew your subscription to the service, you will continue to be an affiliate and will be paid for all referrals - past and future.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

       1. Log in to MyMedClaims.
       2. Click on "Contact customer service".
       3. Click on "Terminate subscription".
